"The hair cuts are fine. Once you get in the chair, it's great. The issue is there is no sense of urgency. Does no one here monitor the times the stylist spends in between the cuts? The majority seem to clean their section, brutally slow, then take a small break in between every client. If they would just limit their time between clients to 3-5 minutes this would decrease the wait time by 1/2. I get taking breaks, but after every client? Seems excessive. As i sit right now, they're 3 who have finished but yet to call the next guest. They all cleaned their station 5+ minutes ago."

"They take good care of you with a personal experience. The online reservation system has great potential but has a few bugs. I like that I can sign in, check the wait, and go run errands until my slot moves up. The hair cut is still "barbershop style" with your past options saved so your stylist can see your preferences. It is also a good value for the cost. Options to tip and pay with a card are bonuses."

"I enjoyed the Odessa location up until a few months ago when I assume they changed management. I enjoyed the Midland location until now. I assume Midland is now under new management. I'm guessing the new manager is running off good barbers. Good service is a rarity these days. I must now try The King Cave since its only slightly more expensive than Sport Clips."
